We are located in historic downtown Fredericksburg, TX, at 1/2 block from Main Street, with easy access for all transportation options; bicycles, cars, taxis, walkers, and buses all make it easy to get around - no need to worry about parking or traffic! We have equipped the space with large windows, high-end double-paned windows, and a skylight overhead to let in natural light. The area is fully air-conditioned and heated, with ceiling fans in all rooms. A washer/dryer and fishing sink are next to the bathroom so that you can be ready for any personal adventures!

The upstairs of the home contains an additional bedroom decorated like a hotel room but only half the price! All linens, towels, soaps, shampoo, etc... are provided for both bedrooms. Both rooms share a full bath with a shower/tub combo in between.The property also features a 500-gallon rainwater harvesting system to collect and store water that can be used for the showers and the garden during drought periods or cut back on your water bill. A 75-gallon propane tank is also available if you prefer to cook on your own. We have provided a large kitchen table with chairs for meals and off-street parking for 2-3 vehicles. This property also includes two additional parking choice spots in front of the main house, if needed, which has easy access through a side gate just five steps from your front door.We have built an additional private seating area doubling as a BBQ Pit and fire pit for those Texan evenings!
